Notice to Adopt Bill No. 51 York City Council Council has introduced and will consider passage of Bill No. 51 Amending the 2023 budget for Fire/Rescue Services by appropriating money not otherwise appropriated for Fund 50 towards purchase of new fire apparatus, in the amount of $613,209.00. NOTICE TO BIDDERS West Manchester Township is accepting bids of janitorial services for the municipal building and public works building located at 380 East Berlin Road, York, PA 17408. The contract shall begin January 1st, 2024, and continue until December 31st, 2026. Bid specifications and documents may be obtained by calling West Manchester Township office at (717) 792-3505.
